Nicole Witzmann

Nicole joined InfanDx as CFO in September 2022. With more than eight years of corporate finance experience in the healthcare industry, her passion and focus lie on all aspects of finance and financing strategy as part of a management team in early- and growth-stage companies. Nicole has a proven record of set-up up and managing internal accounting and controlling processes as well as managing all aspects of equity, debt, and non-dilutive fundraising including reach-out and pitch, due diligence, term negotiations, investment agreements, and closing. She joins InfanDx from Adrenomed AG (Hennigsdorf, Germany), where she served for four years as Head of Finance. Nicole sits on the Board of 4TEEN4 Pharmaceuticals GmbH and PAM Theragnostics GmbH. She holds an MA and BA in Business Communication from the University of Applied Sciences Berlin (HTW Berlin).
