Craig Hindmarsh

Craig Hindmarsh has a strong work experience in the food industry, with their most recent role being the Global Food Production Director Central Operations at INFARM since May 2021. Previously, they held the position of Manufacturing Director at graze.com from November 2018 to May 2021. Craig was also the Head of Operations at Higgidy from September 2017 to November 2018. Craig has served as the Interim Operations Director at Jewel Fine Foods from December 2016 to July 2017. Prior to that, they were the Director at Enjays from July 2011 to September 2016. Craig held the position of General Manager at Confection by Design from January 2008 to July 2011. Craig has also worked as the Operations Director at New Ivory Ltd from January 2006 to January 2008. Craig began their career as a Manufacturing Manager at Greencore and later worked as a Senior Production Manager at Northern Foods.
