Matthias Matt

Matthias Matt is the Managing Director of Operations at INFARM. Matthias has over ten years of experience in the food industry, including founding their own company, Bop!, and working as the Chief Operating Officer for REWE International AG. Matthias is an expert in store layout and shelf planning, and they successfully turned around REWE International AG's sales, strategy, and space management departments. In 2015/2016, they guaranteed a smooth and well-prepared transfer process of store network and inventories to buyers in M&A process during closure of business unit. Matthias is passionate about fresh and healthy food with a focus on high sustainability, and they are dedicated to providing their customers with the best possible experience.

Matthias Matt has a Dipl. Ing in Industrial Engineering and Management from Technische Universität Berlin, a Master's degree in Master of Italian Cuisine from University of Gastronomic Sciences - Pollenzo, and is currently pursuing Graduate studies in Business Amministration at Carleton University.
