Ruvan Mendis

SVP, Central Operations Global at INFARM

Ruvan Mendis is the Senior Vice President of Central Operations Global at INFARM. Ruvan has over fifteen years of experience in project management and operations, and has held senior positions at graze.com, Accolade Wines, and innocent drinks.

Mendis started their career as a Project Engineer with Project Galle 2005, a disaster relief project in Sri Lanka. Ruvan then spent two years as a Senior Consultant with Newton Industrial Consultants before joining innocent drinks as an Innovation Project Manager in 2008. Mendis was promoted to Chief Operating Officer of graze.com in 2013, where they oversaw global supply chain, manufacturing, food safety, engineering, programme management and sustainability.

In their current role at INFARM, Mendis is responsible for setting strategic priorities and creating a strong and vibrant culture across all sites. Ruvan is also accountable for operational delivery and improvement across all group business units, execution of all product launches into new formats and geographies, and improving INFARM's social and environmental footprint across our supply chain and operations.

Ruvan Mendis reports to Matthias Matt, Managing Director, Operations.
