Akilan A P has a varied work experience spanning from 2014 to the present. In 2014, Akilan began working as a Business Analyst - Transformational Health at Frost & Sullivan, where they initiated a new strategic planning process and managed a global research team of 30. They also held roles as Business Development and Growth Diagnostics Executive at Frost & Sullivan. In 2018, Akilan became a Sales Development Specialist - Freshworks CFL Platform at Freshworks. In 2021, Akilan began working as a Sales Development Manager at Kissflow and inFeedo, where they helped engage employees, predict attrition and answer FAQs with conversational AI. Finally, in 2022, Akilan took on the role of Learning Facilitator at Stoa.
