Vipul Gera has a long and varied work experience. In 2021, they joined inFeedo as a SouthEast Asia Business- Sr. Account Director. In this role, they are responsible for making 100 million employees heard and valued, engaging employees, predicting attrition, and answering FAQs with conversational AI. Vipul is also an Advisor at RaashanKart. In 2018, they joined Gartner as a Senior Account Director and Account Director. From 2013 to 2018, they were with Zycus, where they held the roles of Manager, Business Development & Strategic Alliances, Asst. Manager, Business Development & Strategic Alliances, Senior Executive, Business Development & Strategic Alliances, and Business Development Executive. In these roles, they were responsible for identifying the needs of prospects, consulting the best approach to handle their challenges, generating new leads, and digging out new business opportunities for Zycus in the US Enterprise Market.

Vipul Gera completed their Senior Secondary (SSC) from Samithi English Medium School in Surat, Gujarat. Vipul then completed their Higher Secondary in Science from Sawan Public School in Sirsa, Haryana. After that, they attained a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Apeejay College of Engineering in Gurgaon, Haryana. Vipul also obtained the certification 'Sales: Closing a Complex Sale' from LinkedIn in December 2020.
