Piotr Lorenz

Piotr Lorenz is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in advancing People and Culture initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as the VP of People & Culture at Infermedica since June 2022, Piotr leads a dedicated team focused on aligning the People agenda with the company's strategic goals and enhancing workforce engagement. Previously, Piotr held positions including HR Lead and Chief Happiness Officer at Xceedance, Head of Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience at ITMAGINATION, and Talent Acquisition Manager at Aon Hewitt, among others. Piotr is also a member of CPOHQ, fostering collaboration among senior People executives. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts from Jagiellonian University and additional studies at Harvard Business School and other institutions.
