Shyamal Trivedi

Shyamal Trivedi, Sr. Vice President & Company Secretary, is the Chief Compliance Officer heading the Secretarial Department. He is a qualified Company Secretary and is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is having work experience of above 20 years which includes 5 years of Banking and more than 8 years of Investment Banking.

Prior to joining Infibeam, he had worked with Axis Bank Limited and VIVRO. He brings with him vast expertise and experience in handling all the Secretarial and Corporate Law matters, dealing with the regulators, overall compliances of the Company, assisting management in successfully closing M&A transactions and in the business in legal and regulatory matters and ensuring the implementation of full compliance. He also holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Gujarat University.
