Neeru Bafna

Neeru Bafna has held various positions in the Human Resources field since 2004. Neeru began their career as Assistant Manager Human Resources at Marriott Hotels in 2004, followed by Regional HR Head at BIG FM in 2006. From 2007 to 2012, they worked as an HR Consultant at major IT companies. In 2012, they co-founded a retail tech start-up. In 2014, they took on the role of HR Lead at Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited. From 2017 to 2019, they served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Eros International PLC, where they championed the company's vision to establish itself as a leading digital entertainment company globally. Currently, Neeru is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Virescent Infrastructure, the renewable energy platform of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. Inc. in India.

Neeru Bafna obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from Mithibai College between 1997 and 2002. Neeru then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Human Resources Development from Mumbai Educational Trust, MET League of Colleges between 2002 and 2004. In December 2017, Neeru Bafna obtained a Senior Professional in Human Resources - International (SPHRi) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
