Jennifer Taylor

Jennifer Taylor has a solid work experience in the field of quality assurance and software testing. From 1994 to 2000, they worked at FTP Software/NetManage as a Tech Support and QA Project Lead, where their responsibilities included creating and maintaining test plans, testing software, and coordinating test personnel. In 2000, they joined Alcatel Networks as a Senior Software Quality Engineer, primarily focused on creating test cases and testing a VxWorks-based operating system. Jennifer also developed automation scripts using TCL. Since 2001, Jennifer has been working at INFICON, first as a Software Test Manager, where they were responsible for testing software systems and modules for an integrated process metrology project. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Quality Assurance and Tech Communication and IT.

Jennifer Taylor earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Oriented Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth from 1991 to 1994. Prior to that, they attended Plymouth State University from 1990 to 1991, where they studied Computer Science. Jennifer completed their high school education at Bedford High School and received a High School Diploma from 1986 to 1990.
