Justin Hough is an experienced Applications Engineer at INFICON since May 2018, with a robust background in systems and mechanical engineering gained through a long tenure at Applied Materials from 2001 to 2018. In the roles held at Applied Materials, Justin served as a Systems Engineer and was the design authority for the Epitaxial gas delivery system, co-inventing a mass flow verification system and developing its initial manufacturing process. Justin also contributed as a Mechanical Engineer focusing on the Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) Business Unit, where responsibilities included designing and qualifying liquid delivery modules. Prior to this, Justin worked as an Engineering Technologist at MORE Clinic and held positions in purchasing and staff management. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, both obtained from San Jose State University.
