Marco Kern

Marco Kern has over 25 years of experience in product management and engineering within the vacuum technology sector. Currently serving as a Product Manager at INFICON since April 1999, Marco manages vacuum valves, fittings, and gauges, including advanced Pirani technologies. Prior roles at INFICON involved responsibilities in SAP material management and purchasing, contributing to multiple SAP implementations across various locations. Earlier experience includes positions at Balzers & Leybold Instruments and Gerling Konzern, focusing on product implementation, project management, and market research. Marco holds an Executive MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from Universität Liechtenstein and a degree in Production Engineering from Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln.
