Michelle Reese

Michelle Reese has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Michelle currently serves as the SVP, People at Infillion, a company specializing in media, CX, data, and targeting solutions. Prior to this, they worked at GoSecure as an Enterprise Account Executive and later as the VP, Chief Talent Innovator. Michelle also has experience as an Independent Consultant, specializing in Human Performance & Health Care, and has worked with companies like Accenture. Michelle has held leadership positions at The Ohio State University and Nationwide Insurance, where they led teams in HR strategy, communications, change management, organization effectiveness, and employee engagement. Michelle has also worked as an Executive Coach at LeaderOnboarding and started their career at Accenture as an Associate Partner.

Michelle Reese earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
