Chris Zegarelli

Chris Zegarelli is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in leading financial operations across various technology companies. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Finance at Infineon Technologies since October 2023, Chris previously held the role of Chief Financial Officer at GaN Systems Inc. from June 2021 to December 2023, and at Thermal Engineering International Inc. from 2019 to 2021. With a strong background in financial planning, accounting, and supply chain management, Chris has successfully built finance functions from the ground up and upgraded financial support systems at multiple organizations, including indie Semiconductor and Broadcom. Academic qualifications include dual MBA degrees in Finance and Strategy from the University of Michigan and London Business School, along with a BA in Russian and International Economics from Middlebury College.
