Debra Ragusa

Debra Ragusa, an accomplished individual with a proven track record in global benefits, currently serves as the Sr. Manager, Global Benefits & HRES at Infinera since October 2018. Debra is responsible for developing and implementing the organization's global benefit strategy to attract, retain, and motivate employee talent. Debra also holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors at DuPage Credit Union, one of the largest in Illinois with assets exceeding $600M. Prior to their current roles, Debra held positions at Coriant, Inc. and Tellabs in global benefits and human resources management. Debra Ragusa obtained their education at Lewis University.
