Farshad Ehsani possesses extensive experience in technical support and network engineering, with current employment as a Tier 3 Customer Technical Assistance Center (CTAC) Engineer at Infinera since December 2019, focusing on customer network issue resolution and fault tracking. Previously, as a Network Engineer at SoftLayer, an IBM Company, from September 2016 to December 2019, responsibilities included managing 3rd Party infrastructure packages, troubleshooting network performance, and developing peering relationships. Prior to that, Ehsani served as a Product Support Engineer at Fujitsu Network Communications from 2000 to April 2016, providing advanced technical support for DWDM systems and developing test plans.
