Itshak Gelber

Itshak Gelber has a work experience spanning over several years in the field of IT. Itshak started their career at Intel Corporation as a Project Manager and Electrical Engineer from 1991 to 1994. Itshak then joined HP Indigo as a National Specialist in Field Support from 1994 to 1997. Following this, Gelber worked at EMC from 1997 to 2017, holding various roles including Software Quality Assurance Tester/Group Leader, Software Quality Assurance Manager, and Director of Software Quality Assurance Engineering. During their time at EMC, they managed large teams and led the testing of enterprise storage host connectivity. Gelber is currently employed at Infinidat as the Director of DevOps, where they oversee a range of responsibilities including support, installations, lab maintenance, and QA at a DVT level.

Itshak Gelber earned a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Brandeis University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a BS degree in Biology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 1988 to 1991. In addition to their academic achievements, Itshak also obtained certifications in "Python for Non-Programmers" from LinkedIn and "Six Sigma Green Belt" from EMC in 2022 and 2005, respectively.
