Motti Friedman

Motti Friedman has a wide range of work experience in the technology industry. Motti is currently working as the VP of R&D at Infinidat, holding this position since June 2023. Prior to this, from December 2020 to June 2023, they served as the Director of R&D at the same company.

Before joining Infinidat, Motti worked at Western Digital, where they held various leadership positions. From December 2019 to November 2020, they were the Director of Firmware Engineering. Earlier, from May 2017 to December 2019, they served as the Director of DevOps & SW Tools Engineering. In this role, Motti successfully built a global team of software developers, DevOps engineers, and QA engineers, establishing an end-to-end automated development and validation system.

Motti also gained experience at SanDisk, where they worked as the Senior Manager of Validation System Architecture from December 2014 to May 2017. Prior to that, they served as a System Engineering Manager at Intel Corporation from December 2013 to December 2014.

At Intel Corporation, Motti held various positions and showed their versatility. Motti was a Validation Group Manager from April 2011 to December 2013. Before that, they worked as a Software Engineering Manager from January 2008 to April 2011. Motti's journey at Intel began as a Senior Design Verification Engineer from May 2005 to January 2008. Motti joined Intel as a Software Engineering Manager in January 2002 and worked in this role until May 2005.

Motti started their career at Dialogic (an Intel Company), where they worked as a Software Engineer from 1998 to 2002. Prior to that, they served as an Embedded Software Engineer at Elbit Systems LTD. from 1997 to 1998.

Motti Friedman completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, a four-year program that started in 1989 and ended in 1993.
