As the Director of Capital Markets at INFINIT, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy and driving capital-raising initiatives. You will be responsible for structuring and executing financing solutions that support our growth, while managing relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders. This senior leadership position requires deep expertise in structured finance, a strong network within the capital markets, and a strategic mindset to navigate complex financial landscapes.

What do we want to achieve together?

• Capital Raising: Lead capital-raising efforts, including debt and equity financing, to fuel INFINIT's growth. Develop and execute strategies to attract institutional investors, private equity, and other sources of capital.
• Structured Finance: Design and implement innovative structured finance solutions tailored to meet the company’s financial needs. Utilize your expertise to optimize capital structure and ensure long-term financial stability.
• Investor Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors, providing them with regular updates on financial performance and strategic initiatives. Serve as the primary point of contact for all investor communications.
• Financial Strategy: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and refine the company's financial strategy. Provide insights on market trends, potential risks, and opportunities, guiding the company’s financial planning and analysis.
• Deal Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of financing transactions, including due diligence, negotiation, and closing. Ensure that all deals are structured in a way that aligns with the company’s strategic objectives and financial goals.
• Market Insights: Stay abreast of developments in the capital markets, including changes in regulations, market conditions, and investor sentiment. Leverage this knowledge to inform strategic decisions and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks associated with capital markets activities. Ensure that all financial transactions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

• Experience: 15+ years of experience in structured finance, investment banking, or a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully leading capital-raising initiatives. Experience at top-tier financial institutions like Citi, Eiffel, or similar firms is highly desirable.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field is required. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of structured finance products, capital markets, and financial instruments. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills are essential.
• Network: A robust network of relationships within the banking, investment, and capital markets sectors, with a demonstrated ability to leverage these connections for successful capital raising.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative financing solutions that align with the company’s long-term goals.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex financial concepts to a range of stakeholders, including investors, board members, and senior executives.
• Leadership: Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Integrity: High level of integrity and professionalism, with a strong commitment to ethical business practices and compliance.
