Bill Engerson

Bill Engerson has over 15 years of work experience in the field of software quality assurance. Bill is currently working as an EMR Systems Manager at Infinite Solutions, LLC since February 2015. Prior to this, they worked as an EMR Application Administrator at Extendicare from November 2012 to February 2015. From November 2009 to November 2012, they served as a Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst at VCPI. Bill also has experience as a Quality Assurance Test Lead at Assurant Health for a brief period in September 2009. Before that, they worked as a QA Analyst at Compuware from June 2008 to April 2009, as a SQA Consultant at their own company from March 2008 to June 2008, and as a Quality Assurance Test Lead at Lontra from February 2008 to May 2008. Bill began their career at Marshall & Swift/Boeckh in June 2004 as an IS Administrative Assistant and later transitioned into the role of Software Quality Assurance Test Engineer in October 2005, where they worked until February 2008.

Bill Engerson completed their Masters in Business Administration from the Lubar College of Business, studying from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelors degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, majoring in International Relations, Political Science, and Spanish, from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their degrees, Bill Engerson also holds certifications. Bill received the RAC-CT certification from AANAC in August 2012 and became a Certified Software Quality Engineer through ASQ in December 2008.
