Carin Stacy

Carin Stacy is an accomplished professional in compensation and total rewards, currently serving as Global VP of Total Rewards at Vontier since September 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. Director and Director in the same area at Vontier, as well as significant leadership positions at The Hillman Group and Hobsons, where responsibilities encompassed developing compensation strategies and programs across multiple regions. Carin has also provided consulting services through Stacy Consulting and held key compensation management positions at CareSource Management Group, Textron, The E. W. Scripps Company, Duke Energy Corporation, and Convergys Corporation. Carin holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Mount St. Joseph University.
