Patrick Hole

Patrick Hole has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Patrick started their career as a Research Scientist at NanoSight Ltd in April 2006 and transitioned to the role of Development Manager in March 2009. In March 2010, they were promoted to Head of Product Development. Patrick then joined Malvern Instruments Ltd in March 2014 as an Engineering Manager, and later became the External Technology Leader in October 2016. Patrick worked at Malvern Instruments Ltd until October 2019. Currently, Patrick is working at Infinitesima Limited as the Head of Research and Development since October 2019, and recently took on the role of Senior Director Development and Engineering in January 2023. Overall, Patrick has gained expertise in product development, engineering management, and research and development throughout their career.

Patrick Hole's education history begins in 1997 when they attended the University of Oxford. There, they pursued a degree in Optics and Electronics, completing their Master of Engineering (MEng) in 2001. Following this, from 2001 to 2005, they attended the University of Southampton and obtained a PhD in Optoelectronics engineering. Finally, in 2016, Patrick enrolled at Henley Business School, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in 2018.
