Michael Aladich

Michael Aladich has a comprehensive work history that spans over three decades. Michael is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Infiniti Energy since January 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Vice President Operations at Pro-Tech Energy Solutions from April 2014 to January 2020. Their responsibilities included overseeing all operational aspects of the company's business, including project development, construction, and contract negotiations.

From 2012 to 2014, Michael worked at SunEdison as the Director of Program Management, leading the Program Management team and overseeing projects throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. Their role involved fiscal management, bidding and awarding projects, and monitoring the operational budget.

Before that, Michael was the Director of Construction at Lennar from 2006 to 2012, where they managed construction projects in New Jersey and implemented quality control measures. As the President of Construction at Kara Homes from 2004 to 2006, they directed the construction management of multiple communities and achieved impressive revenue results.

Earlier in their career, Michael worked at Interstate Drywall as a Senior Manager, responsible for overseeing commercial construction projects. Michael also served as the President of Aladich Homes, where they developed custom homes in Central and Southern New Jersey.

Michael started their career at Toll Brothers as a Project Manager and worked their way up to Senior Project Manager. Michael managed multiple subcontracting companies and had responsibility for budgeting, operations, and profit and loss.
