Kim Lathrop

Kim Lathrop joins INFINITI HR as the Manager of Information Solutions. With more than 30 years of experience as a human resource management and technology professional, she lives by the mission statement of improving the client’s experience through technology.

In this newly created role, Lathrop will lead the technology department which currently consists of five members. Her primary focus is to provide support through technology to the day-to-day functions of INFINITI HR while implementing efficient processes and new technology improvements. Lathrop will report directly to the Vice President of Operations Rob Blunt.

Lathrop started her career doing payroll for a local hospital in her hometown. From there, she spent 20 years at the PEO Paychex HR (formerly Oasis). Growing up in the PEO world, she has held a variety of roles ranging from payroll specialist to IT project manager. Her time at Paychex HR is when she learned the ins and outs of the PEO business and why she is so passionate about it. Most recently, she spent three years working at Questco.

Lathrop has a bachelor’s degree in human resources from Palm Beach Atlantic and graduated magna cum laude. Devoted to her family, she is the proud Nana of 13. Lathrop and her significant other Dan reside in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
