Kristina Doriott

Kristina Doriott is currently a Manufacturing Engineer at Infinitum Electric. Kristina previously worked as a Manufacturing Engineer 2 at HNI Corporation from January 2017 to October 2021, where they were responsible for supporting production to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals for the seating plant. Kristina also led and participated in CI events with cross-functional teams to drive change and engage floor members in the lean culture. Utilizing lean tools, they made decisions on material flow, production line layout, and quality control measures. Kristina also identified and implemented process improvements while exercising problem solving skills to address issues in production. Prior to their role as Manufacturing Engineer 2, Kristina interned at HNI Corporation from June 2016 to August 2016 where they implemented an e-kanban system to achieve JIT production. Kristina also developed standard work and facilitated member trainings. Before their time at HNI Corporation, Kristina was an Administrative Assistant at the Center for Bioplastics and Biocomposites from August 2015 to December 2016.
