A significant part of Northington's career was spent at Denny's, where multiple promotions occurred, beginning as Senior FP&A Manager and culminating as Director of Business Intelligence, driving major analytics projects and cloud migration initiatives. Earlier career roles included positions at Ahold and Extended Stay Hotels. Northington obtained an MBA in Finance from Western Carolina University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Carolina Asheville.
