Ellen Edwards

Ellen Edwards began their work experience in 2013 as an HR and Training Assistant at Family Building Society. Ellen then moved on to Hive Learning in 2014, where they held various roles including Customer Success Manager, Senior Customer Success Manager, Interim Head of People and Culture, and eventually became the Head of Customer Success. In 2020, they joined Infinity as a Senior Customer Success Manager and later became the Customer Success Director.

Ellen Edwards earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from the University of Exeter, where they attended from 2010 to 2013. Before attending university, they studied at Reigate Grammar School from 2001 to 2009. Ellen has also obtained a certification as a Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in October 2021.
