Rick Sloop

Rick joined InfinityQS in 2003 and is responsible for the organization and management of the InfinityQS Excellence in Service Program (ESP). The ESP ensures that global partners who also provide services—including engineering, system design, installation, configuration, training, and support for InfinityQS products—offer the same high quality, excellent service to the customers throughout the world.

During his years with InfinityQS, Rick has served as Technical Services Manager and as a Senior Application Engineer. Prior to joining InfinityQS, Rick worked as a quality consultant and InfinityQS channel partner, and also worked in process engineering in the automotive industry. Rick is a Certified Quality Engineer, and has an AAS in Industrial Engineering and a BA in International Business from Montreat College.
