Mayne Ayliffe is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a robust background in global HR leadership and business partnership. Currently serving as the Global Head of HR at INFINOX Global since April 2024, Mayne's previous roles include Senior Human Resources Business Partner at the Commercial Bank of Dubai and Global HR Projects & Business Partner at Equiti Group. Mayne has also held key positions at Al Mal Capital PSC, where responsibilities included heading the Human Capital function, and at PwC, as a Human Capital Senior Associate. Experience began as an HRIS Advisor at Seadrill, contributing to a global workforce across multiple regions. Mayne Ayliffe's academic credentials include a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Behavior from Harvard Extension School and a Level 5 Intermediate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of the Philippines.
