André Sousa

André Sousa has a wealth of work experience. André started their career in 2013 as the Team Leader of the Viriathus Team - Cansat 2014, where they were responsible for leading a team to build a simulation of a real satellite. In 2014, they joined ISEL Formula Student as a Technical Director - Ergonomics and Team Member - Dynamics Group. André then moved to SDU Vikings Racing Team in 2016 as a Team Member. In the same year, they also joined Carlos Montalvão Unipessoal LDA as a 3D modeler and CNC programmer. In 2017, they became the Chief Engineer of ISEL Formula Student. In 2018, they started working as a Research Assistant and Student Assistant at Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark, and as a Team Leader of SDU Eagles. In 2019, they became the CEO of Tryp.com, and in 2021, they assumed the role of Head of Product at Coalescent Mobile Robotics.

André Sousa completed a Master's Degree in Product Development and Innovation at Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark from 2018 to 2020. André also completed a program at Fudan University in 2019, focusing on Business and Innovation in China. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from ISEL - Instituto Superior De Engenharia De Lisboa from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, they participated in an ERASMUS program at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Southern Denmark from 2016 to 2017, studying Engenharia Mecânica. André also holds a Certified SolidWorks Associate from Solidworks.
