Minal Shah

Minal Shah is the VP of Investments at Inflection Point Ventures. Minal has over seven years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on investments and fundraising. Prior to joining Inflection Point Ventures, Minal worked as an investment banking analyst at Sun Capital Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd., where they were responsible for the entire fundraising process, including pitching, term sheet discussions, valuation, negotiation, and due diligence assistance. Minal also worked as an associate in the tech assurance team at PwC and as a co-founder of Tooth on Wheels, a startup focused on providing dental care at your door step.

Minal Shah's educational career includes obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Finance from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya as well as a Chartered Accountant certification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Minal also has a certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in Information Technology Training. Minal Shah is currently a 2020 Level III CFA Candidate from the CFA Institute.
