Marcos Wender

Marcos Wender began their career in 2017 as an Aprendiz (Gestão de Frotas) at Cervejaria Ambev. In 2018, they moved to Ghisolfi Logistica e Transporte S/A Oficial as an Assistente de operações (AmBev). In 2019, they were promoted to Assistente de operações (AmBev) and Analista Master at Expresso Nepomuceno S/A. In 2020, they moved to Multicom Distribuição as an Analista Sênior. In 2021, they were promoted to Gerente de Logística at R. Damásio, where they were responsible for managing 33 employees in the warehousing and distribution team, managing operations for receiving, storage, shipping, and transportation of all SKUs under R. Damásio's responsibility. Marcos was also responsible for managing internal tasks and routines of the unit, as well as strategic planning, performance improvement of productivity indicators, and ensuring a focus on development and training of employees. In 2022, they moved to Infleet - Gestão de Frotas as a Costumer Success Manager.

Marcos Wender attended the Universidade Estadual de Feira de Santana from 2015 to 2021, where they obtained a degree in Ciências Econômicas.
