Richard Swann

Richard is a Partner and member of Inflexion’s Executive Committee, Investment Committee and leads Inflexion’s focus on buyout opportunities.

Richard has been involved in many of Inflexion’s current and previous investments including Calco, PCMS, Chambers, Ocorian, Outdoor Plus, Kynetec, Alcumus Group, UK Power Reserve, Succession, Rhead Group, Phlexglobal, National Accident Helpline, FDM Group plc and Sanne Group plc.

Prior to becoming a private equity investor he was a partner with Andersen and Deloitte.

Richard supports the rest of the Investment Team as well as being a key investor himself. When not working, Richard pretends to cycle and likes to travel, but mostly is to be found spending time with his family. He has a degree in Biochemistry from the University of Birmingham and an MBA from Warwick. He is also a member of the Council of the University of Birmingham.
