Arslan Ahmad has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Arslan started their career in 2016 as a Marketing Assistant at PT. Wahana Cipta Concretindo, where they were responsible for creating offers for clients and maintaining communication with them. In 2017, they joined PT. Farah Oriental Karpet as an Operations Trainee, contributing to the development of financial reports and ensuring compliance with company guidelines. In 2018, Arslan worked as a Leasing Executive at PT Intiland Development Tbk, focusing on leasing office space and building relationships with clients. Later, in 2020, they were selected for the Innovation Practice Program at the University of Melbourne, where they worked as an Innovation Project Consultant for Bombardier Transportation. There, they collaborated with a diverse team on a project for Bombardier Inc. In 2020, Arslan joined PT. Farah Oriental Karpet as a Manager Jr. in Finance and Operations, where they conducted financial analysis, identified discrepancies, and implemented modern solutions. Currently, they hold the position of Digital Analyst at Influx, which they started in November 2021. Arslan then transitioned to the role of Digital Marketing Specialist in August 2022, focusing on digital marketing strategies and solutions.

Arslan Ahmad received a Master's degree in Management Finance from the University of Melbourne, where they attended from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management from SIMGE (SIM Global Education), which they completed from 2014 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Arslan Ahmad has completed several certifications. In September 2021, they completed the "Learn Intermediate Python 3 Course" from Codecademy. In August 2021, they obtained certifications in "Intro to Machine Learning (scikit-learn)" from Kaggle and "Learn SQL Course" from Codecademy. Arslan also completed the "Pandas - Python Data Manipulation & Analysis" certification from Kaggle in August 2021. Prior to that, in July 2021, they finished the "Complete Python Bootcamp From Zero to Hero in Python" course from Udemy and the "Excel for Corporate Finance Professionals" course from LinkedIn Learning. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Sales Operations" from the MarkPlus Institute in June 2018. Most recently, in July 2022, they obtained a "Digital Advertising Certification" from the HubSpot Academy.
