Jessica Novia

Jessica Novia started their work experience in 2017 as a Personal Banking Officer at HSBC, where they worked until 2018. Jessica then joined IDP Education Ltd as an Education Consultant Australia Destination from November 2018 to July 2020. Following that, they joined Influx in 2020 where they initially worked as a Customer Support Specialist, handling various clients including a dedicated agent for an Australian shipping company. In March 2022, they transitioned to the role of Finance Administrator at Influx.

Jessica Novia obtained their bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from RMIT University from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed a diploma in Business, Management, Marketing and Related Support Services at the Singapore Institute of Management from 2013 to 2015.
