Louise Osman

Louise Osman has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Louise started their career in 2018 at Karunia Berlian Makmur as a Modern Channel staff. In 2019, they worked at PT. Karunia Berlian Makmur as a Finance Staff and also at PT. Layanan Keuangan Berbagi (DanaRupiah) as a Product Research Staff. At DanaRupiah, they conducted research on microfinance environments and fintech lending competitors. Currently, they are employed at Influx as a Workforce Analyst, where they forecast outsourcing agent demands, analyzes actual agent demand and supply, and coordinates with sales, HR, and delivery departments. Louise is also responsible for reporting to the departments and executives. Prior to this role, they were a Sales Development Research Analyst at Influx.

Louise Osman began their education in 2014 at Institut Teknologi Bandung, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSc) with a specialization in Forestry Engineering. Louise completed their undergraduate studies in 2019. Following that, in 2020, Louise enrolled in Universitas Tarumanagara to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management, which they completed in 2021.
