Ricardo Luis Ramos

Ricardo Luis Ramos is a highly experienced professional in the field of nuclear engineering and research. Currently serving as a Postdoctoral Researcher at INFN since July 2020, Ricardo previously held the same position at Université de Lyon for one year. With a strong academic background, including a PhD in Nuclear Technology from Universidad Nacional de San Martín and a degree in Nuclear Engineering from Instituto Balseiro, Ricardo's research focuses on the simulation of nanoparticle impacts in innovative radiotherapy. Ricardo also has extensive teaching experience, having coordinated the Nuclear Engineering Career at Universidad Nacional de San Martín and lectured on Reactor Physics in various programs. Additionally, experience as a Research Engineer at Comisión Nacional de Energía Atómica involved studies on nuclear waste reduction, while earlier work at CONUAR Combustibles Nucleares Argentinos SA contributed to nuclear engineering initiatives.
