Catarina Guerra

Catarina Guerra is a postdoctoral researcher at Prinses Máxima Centrum voor kinderoncologie, specializing in cancer immunotherapy since October 2025. Prior to this role, Catarina completed a PhD in Cancer Sciences as a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Early Stage Researcher at both The University of Manchester and Instil Bio from January 2022 to September 2025. Catarina has prior experience as a pharmacist at Farmácia Vouga and Farmácia União, providing pharmacotherapeutic counseling and producing compounded medicines. Training experiences include work at Bluepharma, CNC UC - UC BIOTECH, and CNC UC - IBILI, where Catarina engaged in various pharmaceutical and biological research projects. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy from The University of Manchester and a degree from Universidade de Coimbra.
