Lydia Loh

Lydia Loh is currently the Cluster Director, Policy at INFO-COMMUNICATIONS MEDIA DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY. Prior to this, they were with the Ministry of Education of Singapore, Singtel, and the Ministry of Finance, Singapore Customs.

Loh started their career in 2007 as a Policy Associate at the Ministry of the Environment & Water Resources. Lydia moved on to the Ministry of Finance, Singapore Customs in 2009 and served as the Head of Economic Strategy until 2012. In 2013, they joined Singtel as the Associate Director, Emerging Businesses and Strategy before leaving for their current role in 2015.

Loh has extensive experience in policy development and formulation, as well as strategy planning and execution. Lydia is highly skilled in stakeholder management and is a strong team player. Lydia Loh is an excellent addition to any organization.

Lydia Loh completed their undergraduate studies at Cornell University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Lydia then went on to earn a Master's degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

They are on a team with Chong Sieh Fong - Senior Deputy Director, Ecosystem Development & Engagement, Lee Wan Sie - Director, Trusted AI & Data, and Bay Chun How - Director, Consumer Services & Investigation. Their manager is Yeong Zee Kin, Assistant Chief Executive, Data Innovation & Protection.
