Barbara Wareham, CRISC, SA, MS, has extensive experience in IT program management, risk management, and data integration. Starting in 1997, they worked as a Business Information & Technology Consultant for EquiCredit (Barnett Bank). In 1998, they became the Lead Business Systems Analyst at Hewitt Associates, where they worked until 2000. From 2000 to 2001, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Waterstone Consulting. Barbara then joined Countrywide Financial, where they held multiple roles including Research & Development Analyst III, Sr. CRM Developer, Sr. Data Architect, and Mgr., Data Integration. In these positions, Barbara led projects related to customer data management, data integration, and development. In 2008, they joined JPMorgan Chase as a VP, serving as a VP, ETL Manager and as a VP, Technology Control Officer. During their time at JPMorgan Chase, Barbara managed IT risk and controls for global applications, as well as the data integration book of work for the Views Portfolio Reporting application. In 2018, they joined Delek US Holdings, Inc., first as the Director of IT Program Management and later as the Sr. Director, leading the establishment of the IT Program Management Office and managing the overall IT business operations. Most recently, in 2022, Barbara became a ServiceNow Consultant and Program Manager at Infocenter.

Barbara Wareham, CRISC, SA, MS, has a strong educational background in economics and mathematics. Barbara obtained their MS degree in Economics from Florida State University from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they attended the University of Notre Dame from 1992 to 1994, where they studied Economics. Barbara also holds a BA degree in Economics and Math from Saint Mary's College, which they completed from 1990 to 1994.

In addition to their academic achievements, Barbara has continued to enhance their skills and knowledge through relevant certifications. Barbara obtained the Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control™ (CRISC) certification from ISACA in January 2017. Furthermore, they earned the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2020. These certifications demonstrate their expertise and commitment to professional development in the field of risk management and agile practices.
