Rahul Dev began their career in 2012 as a Software Engineer at Innovative Business Solutions. In 2016, they became a Personal Fitness Trainer as a Freelancer. In 2018, they started working as a US IT Recruiter at Pyramid Consulting, Inc. In 2019, they joined Tanisha Systems, Inc as a US IT Recruiter and also began working at Millennium Software and Staffing as a US IT Recruiter. Finally, they joined Infoglen LLC as a Senior Human Resources Analyst and Salesforce Recruitment Specialist. Infoglen was recognized by CIO Review as one of the 20 most promising Salesforce solution providers, founded by two Ex-Googlers who saw the impact that Salesforce can have on teams and organizations of all sizes when deployed effectively.

Rahul Dev completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Maharshi Dayanand University Rohtak between 2008 and 2012. Rahul has since obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Become a Tech Recruiter, Diversity Recruiting, Establishing a Well-Being Program in Your Organization, How to Be More Inclusive, Niche Recruiting, Performance-Based Hiring, Recruiting Foundations, and Strategic Human Resources, with the most recent certification, Strategic Human Resources, obtained in December 2022.
