Hosana Azevedo

Hosana Azevedo has extensive work experience in human resources and organizational development. Hosana is currently the Head of Human Resources at Infojobs. Prior to this, they worked as a Mentor at Plan International Brasil and as an HR Manager at Dotz Inc., where they were responsible for implementing HR best practices and supporting the management team. Before that, Hosana worked at Liberty Seguros Brasil as an HR Business Partner Consultant, where they provided strategic support to various departments and implemented HR solutions aligned with business goals. Hosana also worked as an HR analyst at Gerdau, where they gained experience in recruitment, training and development, performance management, and employee relations. Their work experience started at TIM Brasil as a Relationship Analyst, where they developed skills in building customer relationships.

Hosana Azevedo has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Gestão de Pessoas from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Administração from Faculdade Anchieta from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including People Analytics from Grupo Trhoca in 2020, Coaching Interno from EcoSocial in 2019, Analista PI from The Predictive Index in 2015, and Consultoria Interna de RH from Integração Escola de Negócios.
