Inge Hartvig has a long and varied work experience. Inge started working in 1994 as a Hotel Manager at Hotel Jens Baggesen Korsør, where they were responsible for reception, in-house sales, schedules, restaurant operation, cleaning quality and performance, recruiting/hiring, onboarding and training. In 1996, they moved to Storebælts Exhibition Center, where they acted as a Restaurant Manager with responsibility for guest service and food production in the cafe and exhibition center. In 1998, they began working at Muskelsvindfonden as a Reception/Administration, where they were responsible for the start-up of a new holiday center, including implementing a booking system, work procedures, planning and organizing meetings and events. In 2006, Inge Hartvig began working at Coor as a Floor Space Manager and Teamleader for DHL. In this role, they were responsible for the optimization of office décor, functionality and design, maintaining and updating floorplans, internal moving projects, management and schedule planning for 12 staff members, and meeting room service. In 2009, they moved to Sodexo A/S as a Floor Space Manager for Nokia, where they were responsible for the optimization of office décor, functionality and design, maintaining and updating floorplans, and internal moving projects. In 2018, they became Self Employed at Hartvig and also began working at Webhelp as a Customer Service Specialist for Norwegian Airlines, where they were responsible for customer service in Danish and English, ticket bookings, changes and overall support and product guidance to customers in Norwegians own booking system and in Amadeus. In 2015, they became Proprietor at Casa Barella La Cala, where they optimized the operation, streamlined kitchen processes, and increased revenue by 30% the first year and 60% in total during their ownership. In 2020, Inge Hartvig began working at Infolink EXP as People, Culture & QA Europe.

Inge Hartvig has an extensive educational background. In 1979-1982, they attended Stenløse Amts Gymnasium and obtained their High School Diploma in Samfundssproglig Student. From 1983-1986, they attended Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen and studied English. In 2007, they attended Coor Service Management and obtained their TeamLeader Education. In 2013, they attended Coor Service Management and Coor Business School. Finally, in 2018, they attended WebHelp for Norwegian Airlines and obtained their Customer Service Specialist certification. In addition, Inge Hartvig has obtained numerous certifications from LinkedIn ranging from Building a Stellar Employee Experience to Human Resources: Creating an Employee Handbook.
