Nutan Sharma

Nutan Sharma is currently the Head of Human Resources at Infoneo Technologies Private Limited since August 2020. She also holds the position of HR Operations Lead. Nutan's role involves developing and improving HR procedures, guidelines, and employment policies, consulting and supporting business leaders on various HR matters, and overseeing compliance efforts. She provides leadership to a team of junior HR professionals, takes care of talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and team performances, and implements overall departmental strategies. With a background in MBA Human Resource and B.Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering, Nutan's experience includes working as a Summer Intern at Indian Oil Corporation Limited, where she gained exposure to Electronic Performance Management System. At the Institute of Management Studies, DAVV, Indore, she earned her MBA while studying Physics, Chemistry, and Maths at Nehru Public School.
