Chen Navon

Chen Navon has over 15 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Most recently, as Vice President Human Resources at Xioma Information Solutions since January 2021, Chen is responsible for running and coordinating HR administrative functions, as well as consulting with executives on strategic planning and high-level hiring. Prior to this, Chen held the role of Head of HR and Talent Acquisition at Xioma Information Solutions from June 2018 to December 2020, where similar responsibilities were carried out. Chen also served as VP of HR at NGG Global Consulting Solutions starting in June 2018.

Before joining Xioma Information Solutions and NGG Global Consulting Solutions, Chen worked as an Outsource Project Manager at Adam Milo from November 2016 to May 2018. Chen also worked at IPBC (Israeli Public Broadcasting- Kan) as the Head of Recruitment from February 2016 to October 2016, where the responsibilities included managing various hiring processes and improving recruitment data systems. Prior to IPBC, Chen held roles at Adam Milo as the Electronic Diagnostic Department Manager (local and abroad) from February 2014 to September 2015, and as the CV Center Manager from December 2011 to September 2015.

Chen's earlier work experience includes serving as the Head of HR at FOREXYARD (Fanjet Marketing) from January 2010 to September 2011, where responsibilities included guiding human resources services, policies, and programs. Chen also worked at PartyGaming as the Recruitment Manager and HR Consultant from December 2007 to December 2010, focusing on finding qualified employees and improving the onboarding process. Chen's career in HR started at SQLink as the Placement and Recruitment Coordinator from January 2006 to December 2007.

Chen Navon obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Haifa between the years 2003 and 2005. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2004, Chen Navon studied Political Science and Sociology at the same university.
