Joe Russotti

Joe Russotti is a seasoned sales and operations leader with extensive experience in the manufacturing execution systems (MES) sector. As the Sr. Director of Sales at Infor since July 2022, Joe has demonstrated expertise in driving sales initiatives, achieving over $5M in pipeline growth within a year, and employing the MEDDPICC Sales Methodology. Previously, Joe served as the Director of Business Operations at Lighthouse Systems Inc, managing full P&L responsibilities and closing multi-plant MES projects worth over $500M. Earlier career roles include Regional Sales Manager at Lighthouse Systems and Regional Account Manager at Tidal Software Inc, along with a foundational position as an Account Manager at Computer Associates. Joe holds an MBA in International Business from St. John Fisher University and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Marketing from Bowling Green State University.
