Rebecca Phelps

Rebecca (Becki) Phelps is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic business operations and customer success. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Business Operations at Infor since May 2024, Phelps previously held significant roles at Blackbaud from January 2012 to April 2024, including Vice President of Customer Success Operations and Senior Director of Information Management. Phelps has a strong background in optimizing team performance, implementing operational improvements, and managing large-scale projects, with key achievements such as enhancing billable utilization and improving product retention rates. Prior to Blackbaud, Phelps spent over a decade at Avid Technology in various leadership roles, contributing to organizational development, project management, and process refinement.
