Claudia Black

Claudia Black is a highly experienced professional in event production and dance education, currently serving as a Senior Event Producer in the Media & Entertainment sector at Informa Tech since July 2023. With a strong background in managing prestigious events, Claudia previously held the role of Senior Awards Product & Research Manager at Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity from April 2022 to July 2023, and Maritime Awards Event Manager at Informa Markets from January 2019 to April 2022. Dance teaching is a significant aspect of Claudia's career, with roles at the Sandra Cheal School of Dancing and TAYLOR'S DANCE COMPANY LTD. since 2013 and 2020, respectively. Claudia's foundational experience in events spans positions at UBM plc and SEATRADE COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED. Currently pursuing an MBA in Business Administration and Management at the University of Essex, Claudia holds a BA (Hons) in Dance & Professional Practice from the University of Bedfordshire and a National Diploma in Musical Theatre from Colchester Institute.
