Karen Wilde

Karen Wilde has a wide range of work experience in the technology and media industry. Karen is currently the Head of Digital Sales at Informa Tech since 2022. Prior to that, Karen worked as a Solutionist at Planet Home from March 2022 to July 2022. Karen also had a long tenure at IDG (International Data Group) where they held various leadership roles, including Global Vice President of Customer Experience from July 2015 to February 2021. Before IDG, Karen worked at IDG Communications, Inc. as the Vice President of Product and Process Development from February 2014 to July 2015. Karen also held the position of Vice President of Program Development at IDG Enterprise from November 2009 to February 2014, and briefly served as the National Director of Program Development in June 2009. Prior to that, Karen worked at Network World/ IDG as a Regional Sales Director from 2003 to 2009 and as a Regional Account Director from 1999 to 2008. Karen started their career as an Account Manager at Publish Magazine in 1991.

Karen Wilde attended San Francisco State University from 1987 to 1990, where they studied broadcast. Prior to that, they attended Santa Rosa Junior College from 1984 to 1986, focusing on general education. In 1983 and 1984, Karen Wilde attended Cuesta Junior College, also studying general education. Karen completed their high school education at Redwood High School, however, no specific dates or degrees are provided for this level of education.
