Allison C.

Allison C. has a diverse range of work experience dating back to 2016. Most recently, they worked as a Research & Policy Analyst at ICTC-CTIC starting in May 2022. Prior to that, they were employed by Brock University from September 2020 to May 2022. While at Brock University, they held multiple roles including Political Science Research Assistant, Graduate Teaching Assistant, and Climate Readiness Planner. In this last position, they contributed to the development of a Climate Change Readiness Plan for Niagara Parks as part of the Excellence in Environmental Stewardship Initiative. Before their time at Brock University, Allison worked as a Research Technician at Mount Allison University from May 2020 to September 2020. Additionally, they held the positions of Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at Mount Allison University from January 2019 to December 2019 and from May 2019 to August 2019, respectively. Finally, in 2016, they gained experience as an Active Transportation and Outdoor Lifestyle Education Assistant at Clean Foundation.

Allison C. pursued their education starting from 2016 to 2020 at Mount Allison University. Allison completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honours in Biology with a minor in Environmental Science during their time there. In 2020, they enrolled at Brock University and completed a Master of Sustainability Science and Society degree from 2020 to 2022. Additionally, in October 2020, they obtained a certification in the Tri-Council Policy Statement: Ethical Conduct for Research Involving Humans, Course on Research Ethics (TCPS 2: CORE) from the Government of Canada Panel on Research Ethics.
